Grand Opening Planned At New Courthouse Brew Co. In Worcester
After a soft opening over the summer, the new Worcester brewery is making it official with a celebration.

WORCESTER, MA — Court is definitely now in session at Worcester's Courthouse Brew Co.
The city's newest brewery, open since July, will hold a grand opening celebration Friday at its chambers in the Whittall Mill buildings off Brussels Street.
Cofounders Mark Gawlak and Daniel Whalen worked for years to open the brewery following their years working in the local craft beer industry, and as local attorneys. The brewery is now open with expanded hours four days per week following a soft opening over the summer.

Friday's celebration will feature a ribbon cutting with the mayor, a beer release, a raffle and a food truck. The brewery will also have two popular beers back on tap: an IPA brewed with pineapple and cinnamon that's a tribute to a Brazilian steakhouse dessert, and Treble Damages, the brewery's flagship New England IPA.
The grand opening begins at 4 p.m. at 3 Brussels St., Worcester. Consider yourself served.
