Neuman Anderson, a Birmingham-based business law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, announced that firm partner Jennifer M. Grieco has been selected a 2011 Michigan Lawyers Weekly Woman in the Law. Neuman Anderson, P.C. Managing Partner Kenneth F. Neuman made the announcement.
A Michigan Lawyers Weekly editorial panel selected 20 honorees, taking into consideration a number of criteria, including how the nominees commit to excellence in the practice of law, serve as inspiring and accomplished leaders in the profession, are mentors to other women and contribute significant time and effort to volunteerism and/or pro bono legal work.
An accomplished litigator of more than 14 years and active leader in the legal community, Grieco most recently concluded her term as president of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA). Among her many accomplishments with OCBA, she spearheaded their Pro Bono Mentor/Mentee program which pairs new lawyers with seasoned practitioners willing to mentor them through pro bono cases.
