• Request to purchase plants from Agroscaping Inc. for the fall 2011 planting season for a total cost of $48,155.
• A request to purchase toddler swings from GameTime for Barnum Park for a total cost of $7,360.62
• A contract for Woodward Irrigation Renovations to Marc Dutton Irrigation, Inc. for a total cost of $11,170.
• A contract for Turner Restoration, LLC for the Baldwin Library wall and window restoration project for a total cost of $9,901.62.

Unfinished Business

• The commission will continue a public hearing to consider the removal and replacement of concrete in the parking area in front of . Facing them is a resolution postponing the hearing.

• A public hearing to consider an amendment to Chapter 126 of the city's zoning code to add regulations for windows and interior use of space adjacent to windows in all commercial and mixed-use zone districts.
• Commissioners will screen all bistro applicants for 2012 bistro licenses Monday night.
