On the Agenda: Brewery to Come Before Planning Board

The Birmingham Planning Board meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.

Up for the board's consideration is:

Griffin Claw Brewing Company

The Griffin Claw Brewing Company is looking to move in at 563 and 575 Eton Street, currently a vacant lot and small office building. The restaurant is coming before the planning board to receive a special land use permit and for its prelimary site plan review.

The proposed project will consist of one building, including the brewing and bottling facility, a bar and restaurant, a tasting room and a beer garden. The applicant is looking to demolish the existing office building and surface parking lot.
