- The city's Board of Ethics will be holding an informational seminar for city officias at 4 p.m. Thursday. Topics include the open meetings act, freedom of information act, parliementary procedures, Roberts Rules and Orders and ethics.
- The second annual will be held in Dec. 2-4.
- Gary A. Brown, Detroit Council President, will present at the meeting.
- The commission will also hear a presentation from Tamra Nast on ' "Community of Character" program.

- A resolution adopting the proposed revision to Section 18-8 of the city code, "Keeping of Domestic Animals and Fowl." The revisions would disallow the practice of raising chickens in Birmingham, punishable with a 90-day jail sentence or $500 fine.

- A resolution approving the reccomended modifications to the Annual Dog Park Pass Application, stipulating that each pass expires after one year.
- A resolution authorizing the police chief to sign off with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission on a new business looking to share a Class C liquor license with the Palladium — "Play," which would be located at 270 N. Old Woodward. The commission is also being asked to approve a dance and entertainment permit for the space, as well as a new outdoor service area on city sidewalk. by a 4-3 vote in May.
