Detroit Tiger fans shouldn't have to wait until the wee hours to see the conclusion of Game 5 of the American League Division Series in Oakland.
The first pitch from the Oakland Coliseum is set for 8 p.m., earlier than both of last week's ALDS contests from the west coast, according to Tigers.com. Justin Verlander will take the mound for the Tabbies, and Oakland has yet to announce who will be their starting pitcher against the Tigers. The winner takes on the Boston Red Sox.
The game can be seen on TBS-TV and heard on 97.1-FM radio.Â
