Oakland County's Annual Spring Auction Set for Saturday
iPods, Kayaks, Cash Registers and vehicles among the 'treasures' available.
There's an orange 2009 Chevy Impala. There are iPods and game systems and two wilderness kayaks.
In all, more than 50 vehicles and hundreds of other items will be up for bid Saturday at Oakland County's annual spring auction.
"There’s the potential for some great deals on auction items this year,” J. David VanderVeen, director of Central Services, said in a press release.

The auction is at the county's Vehicle Operations Building, 1200 N. Telegraph, Building 16 East, in Pontiac. Gates open at 8 a.m. Saturday. Sales begin at 9:30 a.m., with automobiles at 11 a.m. Potential bidders may preview items 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday.
