Wine Tasting Fundraiser Benefits Chelsea Community Kitchen

Chelsea Community Kitchen, a local non-profit devoted to healthy eating, is hosting a wine tasting on Oct. 11.

Peter di Lorenzi, longtime wine educator and consultant, will lead a workshop at the Chelsea Depot, teaching participants the “balance” in wine evaluation and appreciation.

"Those in attendance will have the chance to imbibe informational and sensory data about the various components of wine, isolate them and then reintegrate them into 'whole wine' in a way that will enable you to experience clearly how they function in interaction with all the other components of wine," the nonprofit said in a press release.
