13 Senior Olympians Qualify to Compete for Clinton Twp. in 2013 National Games
Clinton Township residents won 21 gold, 13 silver and one bronze medal at the 2012 Michigan Senior Summer Olympics hosted by Oakland University.
Competing in sports such as pickleball, badminton, table tennis and racquetball, 13 Clinton Township residents won medals at this year's Michigan Senior Summer Olympics hosted by Oakland University.
The Clinton Township Senior Center members, led by Sports and Fitness Coordinator Wanda Vasko, won 21 gold, 13 silver and 1 bronze medal. These placements qualify them to compete in the Ohio National Games in 2013.
