In past years, the group has purchased gifts for anywhere from 600 to 1,000 children in the community.
During dinner, guests will be entertained by Rosco the Clown and The Music Man (George Joseph), and have the opportunity to take part in 50/50 and theme basket raffles. Silvestri said around 20 baskets have been donated, ranging from those featuring Made in Michigan products and spirits, to a car-themed basket assembled by organizers of the Clinton Township Gratiot Cruise.
