Dearborn: DivDat Bill Payment Kiosk At The DAC Accessible 8 A.M. To Midnight

Residents can continue to take advantage of extended hours for one convenient option for paying City bills.
As of Tuesday, January 19, 2021, the DivDat bill payment kiosk in the newly-renovated vestibule in the main entrance of the Dearborn Administrative Center (DAC) will be accessible from 8 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. A pilot study determined these hours would best serve Dearborn residents.

The DAC is open to the public 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays, so the additional hours for the DivDat kiosk will allow customers to pay their city bills beyond regular business hours.
Using the DivDat kiosk also means avoiding standing in line with other customers at the Treasury counter while COVID-19 is still a health concern.

Through the DivDat kiosk, residents can pay their water and property tax bills with cash, check or card. It is free to pay with cash and check. There is a 3 percent convenience fee applied to all debit or credit card transactions.
Several DivDat kiosks are in Dearborn:• An additional Divdat kiosk is inside the DAC and available during business hours, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. • Dearborn Fresh Supermarket, 13661 Colson. • Super Greenland Market, 12715 W. Warren Ave.
More Divdat kiosks are located throughout the metro area. Bills can be paid at any Divdat kiosk, regardless of the location.
In addition, residents who want to limit their outings for public health reasons can also pay their bills by e-check or credit card on the DivDat phone app.
