2 Dix Ave. Stores Robbed; Police Ask for Help Identifying Suspect

Police are looking for someone who broke into two businesses on Dix Avenue on the night of May 7.

are asking for people’s help in identifying someone who broke into two businesses on the night of May 7, according to a press release.

The suspect, whom police described as a thin, white male in his 20’s with short brown hair, broke into and Computers-Tek on May 7. Both businesses are located on Dix Avenue.

In both burglaries, cash and electronic items were taken.

Anybody with information on these incidents is asked to contact the Dearborn Police Department Tip Line at 313-943-3012.

"Many significant crimes have been solved this year with the help of the public,” Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad said in the release. “We're confident that someone has information that will assist us in making an arrest in this case and ask that they contact us."
