Dearborn Stroller Bandits Steal Wallet from Shopping Mother
The following information was supplied by the Dearborn Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Dearborn police officers say two men lured a 12-year-old boy away from his mother's stroller and made off with a wallet at Fairlane Town Center.
The incident occurred at a restroom near the Coach store on the lower level of the mall at about 2:45 p.m. on June 21.
According to police reports, a man approached the boy and asked if he could help him use an intercom near the men’s room. When the boy returned to the stroller that his 31-year-old mother asked him to watch, the wallet was gone.
Fairlane Town Center security searched for the suspects with negative results. Police said both suspects are black males in their 30s. The man who lured away the boy wore a gray T-shirt and black pants; the alleged thief wore all black.
The wallet contained the woman’s driver's license and assorted cash totaling $250.
