What does your business offer? 

We have 3 flavor varieties, The Ghost, Premium Habanero, and Premium Pepper Hot Sauce. Our flavors are from "Mild to Wild"! All of our priducts are ALL NATURAL, and LOW SODIUM. We have more products in line thay will be making it to market soon. Such ss, "Suzi's Back Rub" a season blend for any meat, poultry, or fish entree. It can be used on the BBQ, in the oven, or on the stove to enhance the flavor of any dish.

What's your most popular product or service? 

At this time, Our most popular product is The Ghost Sauce. The Ghost Pepper ( bhut-jalokia) is the hottest natural pepper in the world. We have tamed this chili by placing it in a tomato based sauce with roasted peppers, onion, and garlic, adding a variety of spices and veggies, and simmering the whole lot with a bunch of beer! That can mellow the ultimate "bully" of peppers. We are trying to break the mold, as fsr as hot sauce goes....It does not need to be full of vinegar or fire in a bottle. We are about flavor to enhance your food, not destroy it.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Our daughter, Rylan (13) personally shrink bands every bottle. (She earns a wage of course) :)

January/2013 (official launch)

How did your business come to be? 

Out of the love of fine foods, gardening, and economic circumstances that people in my generation now face

Why did you choose the area you did?

It was really just a backyard family BBQ type recipe. We shared with our family and friends, and they kept coming back for more! We made a batch for Christmas gifts and our gears srarted turning....
