Holiday Closings, Delays In Dearborn
Here's how Christmas and New Years will affect trash collection and municipal building hours.

DEARBORN, MI — City of Dearborn buildings will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, and the trash collection schedule will be affected both holiday weeks.
There will be trash and recycling collection on the normal schedule on Monday, Dec 24, which is Christmas Eve.
Collections will be delayed one day on Tuesday, Dec. 25, which is Christmas, so people with a Tuesday pickup will be serviced on Wednesday. The pattern will continue through the Christmas week, with Friday’s trash district picked up on Saturday, Dec. 29.
