Muscle Cars, Motorcycles Set to Rev Up Greenfield Village
900 classic vehicles will be on display at The Henry Ford on June 15-16.

This Father’s Day weekend see the largest collection of manufacturer modified muscle cars ever gathered during "Motor Muster" inside Greenfield Village, June 15-16.
Check out the cars that ruled the dealer showrooms and the race track in the late 1960s and early 1970s, including the Plymouth Road Runner Superbird, the Dodge Charger Daytona, and the Ford Torino Talladega.

Celebrate one of the most innovative eras in American automotive history with more than 900 classic cars, vintage trucks, motorcycles and bicycles dating from the 1930s to 1970s on display all weekend and until 9 p.m. on Saturday night.
See the vehicles take to the streets of Greenfield Village during the pass-in-review parades throughout the weekend and hear commentary from some of Michigan’s top automotive experts. Learn about the world of drag, midget and stock car racing of the 1930s-1950s during a special racing presentation from The Henry Ford’s own curator of transportation, Matt Anderson on Saturday at 6 p.m.

See military vehicles from World War II to Vietnam on display near Cotswold Cottage and learn why Detroit was known as the “Arsenal of Democracy,” during a presentation from John Lind, director of the Detroit Arsenal of Democracy Museum on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
Auto enthusiasts will also get the chance to be one of the first to take home "Driving America: The Henry Ford Automotive Collection," the first major book to be published on the cars of The Henry Ford’s collection. With more than 300 never-before published images of historically significant vehicles, the book sheds light on the uniquely shared American dreams that drive us all.
The book includes a forward from Jay Leno, an introduction by Edsel Ford II, and four insightful essays from Patricia Mooradian, president of The Henry Ford, the book’s photographer Mark Harmer, Matt Anderson, curator of transportation at The Henry Ford, and Bob Casey, automotive historian and retired curator of transportation at The Henry Ford.
On Saturday at 2 p.m. Matt Anderson and Bob Casey will be available to sign copies of the book for guests inside the Greenfield Village store.
Motor Muster is free with membership or admission to Greenfield Village. Tickets are $24 for adults, $22 for seniors (ages 62 and up), $17.50 for youth (5-12). Children four and under are free.
