The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services as set forth in this RFP to provide continuing “Phase One” construction in select subareas of the Joe Louis Greenway.

Construction activities associated include clearing, earthwork, paving, green stormwater infrastructure, select right of way improvements, select public utility infrastructure improvements, select electrical infrastructure, and landscaping.

Solicitations providing proposals/pricing for ARPA PROJECT- JOE LOUIS GREENWAY PHASE 1 – SUBAREA I for the City of Detroit in accordance to specifications provided in Bid: 182018.

Bids will only be received electronically by OCP through the Oracle Supplier Portal on or before 02:00 PM EST, March 18, 2022. Bids can be accessed on the City of Detroit website www.detroitmi.gov/supplier.
