Prosecutors said that Gee, while traveling westbound on Lyndon Street, drove his vehicle at a high rate of speed, crossed the center line and disregarded the red light at Outer Driver before striking the victims' vehicle on the passenger side.
Gee was arraigned Wednesday in 36th District Court, prosecutors said. Bail was set at $150,000, according to prosecutors, and if released, Gee must have a GPS tether.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 12 before Judge Roberta Archer, prosecutors said.
