This Detroit Restaurant To Compete On Popular Food Network TV Show

DETROIT — A Detroit restaurant will be featured on a popular Food Network TV show with the chance to win $50,000.

Cooking with Que will be on Season 18 of "The Great Food Truck Race," which premieres on Sunday, Aug. 3, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

The restaurant is located in Detroit's New Center neighborhood and offers guests plant-based meals.

"We're reppin' Detroit with love, grit, and a whole lotta FLAVOR," according to the Cooking with Que Facebook page. "Let's show the world what it's like to #EatToLive and why Cooking with Que is more than a brand — it's a movement."

Quiana Rice, Ari Minott and Reagan Sidney will be competing as part of the Cooking with Que team. They will go up against other teams in a series of culinary challenges in pursuit of the $50,000 prize.

"Regan, Quiana and Ari are known for taking your favorite dishes and flipping them into healthier versions without sacrificing flavor," the Food Network said of the Cooking with Que team. "Their food brings people to the table, no matter what they eat."

  • Stop Drop N Roll – Springfield, New Jersey
