Detroit Woman Arrested In Double Homicide Case: Prosecutors
Prosecutors said Dariyan Bailey has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
DETROIT, MI — A Detroit woman is accused in the murder of two men that took place in early April, according to prosecutors.
Prosecutors said Dariyan Bailey, 21, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of felony firearms.
Bailey is accused of killing 29-year-old Anthony Beavers, of River Rouge, and 27-year-old Raymond Williams, of Ecorse, prosecutors said. Bailey was arraigned Monday, prosecutors said.

Early on April 4, medics were dispatched to Keeler and Appoline streets in Detroit and discovered Williams in the driver's seat of a sedan and Beavers in the passenger seat of the vehicle, prosecutors said. Both were suffering from gunshot wounds, according to prosecutors, and were pronounced dead.
Prosecutors said Detroit Police arrested Bailey on Friday. She is scheduled to appear in court again May 5 for a probable cause conference and May 11 for preliminary examination, prosecutors said.
