Grace Centers of Hope (GCH), a leading nonprofit serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness, addiction and poverty, has been selected to be featured on “Empowered” — a national public television series hosted by actress Meg Ryan that showcases organizations making a meaningful difference in their communities. The selection reflects the growing reach and impact of Grace Centers of Hope’s work.

The five-minute segment featuring Grace Centers of Hope will be distributed nationally on December 15, 2025, and made available to over 170 participating public television stations across the United States. An extended segment will also be available on Grace Centers of Hope’s website at gracecentersofhope.org.

“Being chosen to appear on ‘Empowered’ is a powerful affirmation of the life-changing work happening every day at Grace Centers of Hope,” said Darin Weiss, CEO of Grace Centers of Hope. “This opportunity allows us to share stories of real, lasting transformation with a national audience and to invite more people to partner with us in providing hope, healing and a future for those we serve.”
