MICHIGAN — A gun store owner bought a billboard in North Carolina attacking Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib and several others, prompting the advertising company to take down the controversial message, according to reports.

An advertising company reportedly says it will take down a controversial billboard put up by a gun store owner targeting Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib and others.

The sign has pictures of Representatives Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Ayanna Pressley and reads "The Four Hoursemen are idiots. Signed, the Deplorables." The sign then lists Cherokee Guns beneath the message, noting that the shop is one mile away.

The gun shop promoted the billboard on Facebook, and even invited customers to come in and "tell us you're voting for Tump in 2020" to get a limited-edited bumper sticker featuring the billboard image.

The National Coalition Against Gun Violence says the billboard has violent anti-government speech, WXYZ reported. But the owner of the gun store says he put up the sign to show his support for President Trump.

Congresswoman Tlaib replied on Twitter, where she also asked the FBI if they were planning to investigate the incident:
