SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — A storm system will likely bring some wintry winter amid colder temperatures to southeastern Michigan this week ahead of Thanksgiving Day, according to the National Weather Service.
Although the storm should stay mostly south of southeastern Michigan, it will graze the area and bring a rain/snow mix Wednesday night when temperatures fall into the 30s, according to the weather service.
Areas south of Michigan 59 toward the Ohio border are more likely to see the rain/snow mix Wednesday night, according to the weather service.

Some rain/snow showers across southeastern Michigan will linger into Thursday morning, but they should dissipate quickly and give away to a dry Thanksgiving Day with highs reaching the low 40s, according to the weather service.
More snow showers are possible Friday and into the weekend as highs fall into the low 30s across southeastern Michigan, according to the weather service.
