Michigan Adds 2,598 New Coronavirus Cases, 29 More Deaths Friday

The new figures bring Michigan's coronavirus totals to 533,602 confirmed cases of the virus and 13,701 reported deaths, according to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services numbers.
The state reported 2,698 new cases of the coronavirus and 139 COVID-19 deaths Thursday. On Saturday, state health officials reported that 415,079 people in Michigan had recovered from the virus.
