Michigan Recalls Vape Cartridges Over Vitamin E Acetate
Here's the full list of vaping cartridges that have been recalled due to the addictive that is linked to an outbreak of lung injuries.
MICHIGAN — Michigan officials are recalling medical marijuana cartridges that failed laboratory testing for high levels of vitamin E acetate. Vitamin E acetate is the additive that health officials have linked to an outbreak of lung injuries.
The Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) issued health and safety advisory bulletin for the presence of Vitamin E Acetate in several vape cartridges that failed safety compliance testing. The cartridges were manufactured before the Emergency Rules were filed on Nov. 22, 2019.
