Part of Interstate 94 in Detroit will close for the weekend, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
DETROIT — Part of Interstate 94 in Detroit will close for the weekend, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
All eastbound lanes between Michigan Avenue to Livernois Avenue will close at 9 p.m. Friday. The closure is required to allow crews to continue working on the Cecil Avenue overpass.
Traffic will be detoured to eastbound US-12 and northbound Livernois Avenue, then back to eastbound Interstate 94.
