New Harbor Freight Tools Store Opening In Metro Detroit
The California-based hardware chain is known for its discount tools and other home improvement items.
LIVONIA, MI — A new Harbor Freight Tools store is planning to open in metro Detroit sometime next month, according to store representatives.
The new store will open at 33523 Eight Mile Road between Gill Road and Farmington Road in Livonia this May, according to store representatives.
"We’ve been looking to open a location in Livonia for a number of years so that we can provide the tools and equipment at tremendous values to the community," Harbor Freight Tools Senior Vice President and Real Estate and Construction Trey Feiler said. "In addition to finding a great location, we were attracted by the availability of great Associates in the Livonia area, and we look forward to having them join the Harbor Freight team."

Other nearby Harbor Freight Tools locations include Dearborn, Southfield, Walled Lake, Westland and a Redford Township location which opened earlier this year.
