Ohio Brothers Kick Off Farmington Hills Church's Music Series

Nardin Park United Methodist Church offers free concerts, including a summer series.

The four DePue Brothers, virtuoso violinistsΒ from Bowling Green, OH, will kick off Nardin Park United Methodist Church's 2013-2014 series of free musical concerts in Farmington Hills.Β 

The brothers' repertoire encompasses aΒ blend of bluegrass, classical, and rock genres. Their Oct. 20, 2 p.m., program will include music by Aaron Copeland, Earl Scruggs, Pachelbel, Bach and more.Β 

The rest of the season includes performances by:

  • Nardin Park Choirs, "Christmas at Nardin Park" - Dec. 8, 3 p.m.
  • Michigan Harp Ensemble - Jan. 26, 2 p.m.
  • Detroit Lutheran Singers - May 4, 2 p.m.
  • Martin Setchell, concert organist - June 8, 7:30 p.m.

The church will also continue its Wednesdays at Eight series of nine concerts scheduled June through August of 2014. All concerts are free of charge. Learn more at nardinpark.org.
