The weather is slowly warming up and those looking for a treat might want to stop in Ferndale's Easy Like Sundae.

The frozen yogurt business started up last summer and specializes in cool treats

How did your business come to be? 

Noticing the popularity of Frozen Yogurt Shoppes throughout the country and seeing the trend was slow to get to Michigan, I saw a great opportunity to start a great new business that had very few stores like it in the whole state. I always wanted to start my own business so combining that with the growing trend and popularity of this style of business I decided to take a shot and start Easy Like Sundae!

What's your most popular product or service? 

That's Easy, our Self-Serve Sundaes! Not only do you get a healthier treat, but its a great experience in a fun tropical-like atmosphere. You can be creative, using any combination of the many Frozen Yogurts and toppings we offer, the possibilities are endless. Yes its delicious, but its just as much about the great experiences that you can share with your friends and family!

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Easy Like Sundae is all about keeping it local and Michigan Made. Started by a life-long Michigan Family, using Michigan Made Frozen Yogurt, locally made coffee, and in a great Michigan City!

Why did you choose the area you did?

Ferndale is just a great city. It's a growing city but the people really make the difference. This is a diverse community of the friendliest people around, very supportive and proud of their city. When I saw an open location right in the heart of downtown Ferndale it was a no-brainer!
