Signs of autumn are everywhere, from playoff baseball and high school football to brilliant leaves and cool, crisp weather.

1. Friday’s weather will seem fall-like with intermittent rain showers and a high of 60 degrees. There’s a chance of showers on both Saturday and Sunday with temperatures in the 50s.

3. The fall high school sports season heats up this weekend. Several Grosse Pointe teams will compete in the state finals in tennis and golf on Friday and Saturday.
4. There’s also a full slate of high school football games. will host L’Anse Creuse on Friday at 7 p.m. will play at Roseville on Saturday at 1 p.m., and will host Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest on Saturday at 1 p.m.
