Macomb Doctor Accused Of Sex Assault Flees To Canada: Report
Dr. Mfed Mosely of Summit Urgent Care fled the U.S. and was reportedly found in Canada. He was accused of sexually assaulting three workers.

MACOMB, MI — A children't doctor in Macomb accused of sexually assaulting three female employees and trying to pay them hush money has fled the United States and was caught practicing in Canada, according to a report.
Dr. Mfed Mosely, 63, of Summit Urgent Care fled the U.S. after learning he was under investigation, WJBK-TV reported. A former medical assistant told the TV station that Mosely assaulted her multiple times. Once while examining her pelvis and another time when he threw her onto a couch, molested her and forced her to perform a sex act on him.
After one of the incidents, she said she found a $100 in her purse, and that the doctor told her "Shhh."

She reported him to the sheriff's office in January 2021, and Mosely fled the country when investigators tried to question him, according to the report.
On Monday, the TV station a reported police tracked the doctor to Canada, and that he continued practicing medicine. A man called police after seeing the TV station's report and identifying Mosely as his child's doctor.

Mosely was charged in February 2021 with multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct, assault and attempted criminal sexual conduct, according to court records obtained by the Macomb Daily.
