Novi City Council members approved a contract Monday to complete road construction that was set for fall 2014 but couldn’t be finished before winter set in, according to the Novi News.

The remaining road work contract, totaling $431,235, went to Nagle Paving, the report stated. Construction should be complete by summer of this year, the report added.
