Novi Tops List for Best City for Families in the State

Novi ranked No. 1 in a recent list of Michigan cities that were the best suited for families, according to a Hometown Life report.

The city received this ranking from Apartment List, which also rated Novi No. 14 in the country, the report stated.

“Crime rates are low, school quality is high and more than a quarter of Novi’s nearly 58,000 residents are under 18 years old,” according to Apartment Life’s report, quoted in the Hometown article.

“Novi has even become known as Little Tokyo thanks to its large community of Japanese residents, many here to work at companies based in their home country.”
