5 Things to Know This Week
Tax Day, Easter events, board meetings, an art gallery and one very mild forecast.

- Spring has sprung: Though the weather through the rest of this week probably won't be quite as warm as yesterday, the forecast for the week is quite mild. Thunderstorms are possible today with a high in the upper 60s; Tuesday through Thursday will be partly or mostly cloudy with highs in the mid-50s to mid-60s. Rain may return Friday, but April showers bring May flowers, right?
- Meetings this week: The Oakland Township Board of Trustees is meeting this Tuesday at 7 p.m. in , and the Board of Education is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in the administrative building. Please see attached agendas.
- Stoney Creek students' art on display: TCF Bank in Rochester Hills is hosting an Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. to showcase artwork by National Scholastic Art Award Winners from . The students' artwork since the beginning of April; the art display runs through the end of the month and is free and open to the public during normal bank hours.
- Tax Day is one week away: If you haven't done them yet, you're running out of time.
- Easter events this weekend: There are several family-friendly Easter events happening this Saturday, including the at Saturday at 1 p.m, the event at Saturday at 1 p.m., the at Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and at Saturday at 10 a.m.
