• Man killed by estranged wife's acquaintance after opening fire at Livingston County home (fox2detroit.com) — Authorities say a man drove from Lake Orion to a home in Livingston County on Christmas Day, opened fire, and was then fatally shot by the homeowner. The homeowner, whom the estranged wife was visiting, was hit twice but survived with non-life-threatening injuries as deputies continue investigating the shooting.
