Lake Orion Education Foundation Seeks Participants for 5k Run/Walk

Calling all runners, joggers and walkers – there's still time to register for the Lake Orion Education Foundation's 2nd Annual 5k Run/Walk for Education this Saturday at .

Registration fees are $20 per person and $10 for children 9 and under before Aug. 6; registration for the 1-mile run/walk is $10. On race day, all registration fees increase by $5.

You can register for the event online or by mailing in the downloadable registration form to P.O. Box 932, Lake Orion, MI 48362.

Registration for the race is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. on Saturday; the 5k run/walk begins at 9 a.m. and the 1-mile run/walk around the track begins at 9:15 a.m.
