Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Rezoning Request

Notice is hereby given that the Oakland Township Planning Commission, Oakland County, Michigan will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments on a Proposed Rezoning Request from Medium Residential Density (MRD) to Multiple Family Residential Density with Planned Residential Rezoning Overlay (RM-PRRO) submitted by Moceri Development for a on the following parcels of land:

Parcel 10-31-400-003 a/k/a 5750 Adams Road = .998 of an acre
Parcel 10-31-400-004 a/k/a 3050 Dutton Road = 3.786 acres
Parcel 10-31-400-013 (no street address) = 27.036 acres (has access on Dutton Rd & Adams Rd near the NW corner of the Dutton Rd & Adams Rd intersection); and
Parcel 10-31-400-014 a/k/a 5870 Adams = 10.022 acres
for a total of approximately 41.842 acres

The public hearing will be held at the , 4393 Collins Road, Oakland Township, Michigan, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011.

The application and attachments pertaining to this request may be inspected between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., except for observed holidays, at the Oakland Township Hall, 4393 Collins Road, Oakland, Michigan 48306.
