
The court date for the and the , who were supposed to regarding a , has been pushed back due to a problem with the electronic motion submission, said Dr. Tom Barkham, Jr., whose family owns the cider mill.
The Barkham family is hoping to repeal the non-conforming use order, which limits when and how the cider mill may operate while still allowing it to operate as a business despite the property being zoned for residential use. Dr. Tom Barkham, who was earlier this year, says his family wants to operate the cider mill as a farm market.
Both parties are now scheduled to appear in Oakland County Circuit Court on May 11 at 8:30am.
