The Orion Township Fire Department and Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded late Wednesday to an address in the 20 block of Clarkston Road near South Lapeer in Orion Township for a report of smoke near a building, according to an incident report.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze and no injuries have been reported.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office fire investigator was notified to investigate the fire, the report indicated. The investigation is ongoing.
