Update: Dog Missing Since Sunday Found Safe, Returned to Owners
Chester ran away from home Sunday and was found by a good Samaritan Wednesday afternoon.

Chester, a 12-year-old intact English Setter who takes medication for seizures, was found safe and sound on Wednesday afternoon. He had run away from his home near Orion and Gunn Roads in Oakland Township Sunday afternoon.
He had on a temporary collar with an outdated Troy dog license tag and a tag that says "My other dog is a rottweiler." Chester, who suffers from seizures, had just started taking a new medication for his condition.
"Thanks to the kindness of many, as of today, Chester is home with his family," wrote Chester's pet sitter Sandy Martin in an email Wednesday evening. "With all the bad things happening in the world, look in the mirror and know that you are one of the good guys!"Â
