Man Suspected of Stealing Detroit Tigers Jerseys from Kohl's

Deputies were dispatched April 6 to the Kohl's at the 4800 block of Baldwin Road for a report of a man in blue jeans and an orange and blue jacket concealing two Detroit Tigers Jerseys valued at $100 each under his coat and leaving the store, according to the Oakland County Sheriffs Office.

Kohl’s loss prevention officer followed the man for a short period and lost sight of him, the report indicated. Deputies arrived and tried to track the man's scent with a police dog, which followed the scent for about half a mile before losing the scent.
