Meet Your Neighbor: The Optometrist

Dr. Mark Roy of Oakland Optometry likes a lot of things about his job.

He enjoys the hours, which he gets to set for himself. He also enjoys working with his patients. But most of all, he enjoys helping people see better.

"It's kind of a positive occupation," said Roy. "People come out, and they can see better with their glasses, and if they have a problem, we can fix it."
