Mom Talk: How Do You Deal With Your Child's Bully?
We want to hear what you have to say.
It's almost inevitable: your child will be bullied.
Maybe it won't be serious (like little Johnny pulling little Suzy's pigtails on the playground, which we all know means Johnny likes Suzy, Johnny likes Suzy!), but it could be a big deal.
We've all heard about the suicides resulting from bullying and the many organizations – like the It Gets Better project – that have formed to help victims of bullying. In fact, I bet some of us have memories of being bullied ourselves. It's a problem.

So, parents, how do you deal with your child's bully? At what point do you step in and say something, and to whom do you say it? Do you let your child sort it out on his or her own? Does how you handle the situation vary based on your child's age, or even his or her personality?
