More Than 100 Customers Without Power in Oakland Township
DTE Energy estimates power will be restored to most customers between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Thursday.

At least 111 DTE Energy customers in Oakland Township are without power this morning after an early morning wind storm blew through the area.
Power to 106 customers was lost around 2 a.m. in the area east of Orion Road and north of Canyon Road, according to the DTE Energy outage map. DTE Energy estimates power will return to the are between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Thursday.
Five customers at the end of Tamarack Lane have been without power since about 6 a.m. because of "trouble with a transformer," according to the power company's website. Power to those customers is not expected to return until late Friday evening.
