OU Students Get Involved at 'Your Voice Heard Live'

The pre-Republican debate event featured musical performances and plenty of opportunities to become involved in politics on and off campus.

On the eve of the at , the university's Student Congress hosted "Your Voice Heard Live" – an event meant to encourage political activism in the campus community.

Students could register to vote, write letters to support various causes and find other ways to participate in politics. Several hand-picked musical acts also performed, and OU alumna and WDIV reporter Lauren Podell emceed the event.
