It's Fat Tuesday, which means one thing at Knapp's Donuts: paczki! Hundreds and hundreds of them.
Owner David Lee said he's been making the traditional, deliciously fattening Polish treats since Sunday. Today is the downtown Rochester store's busiest day of the year.
In fact, his sister, Gen Lee, flew in from California just to help him make paczki, and Hilda Jones, a loyal customer of Knapp's Donuts, is slinging paczki behind the counter just for today to help keep up with hungry customers.
