After Hours: Plymouth Township Hall Will Be Open Late Starting April 4

The supervisor, treasurer, clerk, and building department will be open every first and third Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, MI — Starting on April 4, the Plymouth Township offices of the supervisor, treasurer, clerk, and building department will be open every first and third Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for residents looking for help with things like paying bills, getting a passport application, or getting information on a building permit.

“Our hardworking taxpayers deserve a township government that fits their busy schedules,” said Supervisor Kurt Heise. “Our new evening hours will help residents who otherwise can’t make it to Township Hall during the day.”

Heise, Treasurer Mark Clinton, Clerk Jerry Vorva, Building Director Mark Lewis and select staff will be on hand from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. to answer questions and provide assistance on most administrative matters, or simply to hear questions and concerns from residents. Heise said the move demonstrates a change in culture from previous township administrations.
