Downtown Plymouth Restaurant Closing Soon

PLYMOUTH, MI — A restaurant in a prime location in downtown Plymouth is closing down soon.

Plymouth's Greek Islands Eatery will close down on Jan. 16 after serving the community for 10 years. The owners, however, are planning to open up something else in the same location at 306 S. Main St.

"We’re still deciding what the new concept will be," owner Jimmy Merdani told Hometown Life. "We’ll be giving the city something better. We appreciate the support we’ve had from (our loyal customers) ever since we opened and we're even more excited to see them again in the future."
