New Stand-Alone Chick-fil-A Coming To Southeast Michigan: Reports

ANN ARBOR, MI — Chick-fil-A is planning to open its first Michigan restaurant without a drive-thru in Ann Arbor by the fall of 2025, according to reports.
The new stand-alone restaurant is slated to open at 3310 Washtenaw Ave. after Ann Arbor's planning commission recently approved plans at a May 21 meeting, according to reports.
The new 5,240-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, as well as parking for up to 50 vehicles, including 16 spaces for EV-capable and six areas for Electric Vehicles, according to the development proposal.

Chick-fil-A's Ann Arbor proposal will join over 30 other Michigan locations, including 13 in the metro Detroit area.

The latest Chick-fil-A restaurant opened earlier this year in Livonia, and another one is planned to open sometime this summer inside Bedrock's First National Building on Woodward Avenue in downtown near Campus Martius sometime in May or June.
Chick-fil-A also has a proposal to open a restaurant in Auburn Hills.
