We are asking that ONLY families wishing to change from in-person to the Virtual Academy to complete this enrollment form (direct URL: https://forms.gle/1uz3VCfRNDyLpB8UA). Elementary families will have until Wednesday, November 10 at 11:59 PM to let us know that you wish this change in programing for your child(ren). This switch will change your child’s teacher. If you wish for you child to continue in-person learning at Eriksson, DO NOTHING. Parents completing this form will receive a confirmation email after you submit the form.
